Ingredients
- 1 box taquitos, frozen
- 2 cans enchilada sauce, small, hot or mild
- 1 cup cheddar cheese , or 3-Mexican cheese, shredded
- olives
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 13x9-inch glass baking dish, place the taquitos and pour the sauce over them.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until it becomes bubbly.
- Garnish with olives.
