Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. And Mexican breakfasts are my favorite meals in the world. See, I’m a morning person. I love to get up early and start my day before the crack of dawn. I also try to get my friends to go out for breakfast rather than lunch or dinner. I just love how everything feels and looks in the morning.
For a long time I have been thinking about writing a cookbook. One of my main ideas was to write a breakfast cookbook. But I really didn’t know where to start; until recently. The most visited post on this blog is this Stuffed Bell Peppers for breakfast recipe. That gave me an idea of where to begin. After doing some research and some months of procrastination, I decided to start with a mini ebook. Baby steps, people!
Today, I proudly present to you my first cookbook (I guess you can call it that): 5 Low-Carb Mexican Breakfasts. You can download using the form below.
In this mini ebook you will find my two most viewed recipes and three new ones that I know you will love. The cover picture of this Mexican breakfasts collection is of Huevos rancheros over nopales. Nopales is one of those underappreciated ingredients that I will feature on this blog in the near future.
You will also find the classic Mexican style scrambled eggs, and a delicious quesadilla recipe. These recipes were chosen because they are low in carbohydrates, easy to make, tried and tested, and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. So please, download this free mini cookbook that I put together with all my heart and let me know what you think in the comments below or via email.
I will greatly appreciate it if you recommend this free ebook to your friends and family. It will help me to create more free resources and keep the great content coming!
