Mango Salsa

Note: For the fish part I used tilapia cooked with lime juice, salt, pepper and fresh parsley.
  • •1 large mango, peeled and cut in small cubes
  • •1/4 red onion, sliced
  • •1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • •bunch of cilantro
  • •salt to taste
  • •the juice of 1 lime
  1. •Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours before using.
