•If you’d like to make the pancake mixture from scratch, I recommend watching this Chef John’s video. That’s the best pancake recipe I’ve ever tried. •Since I was out of maple syrup, I used bee honey on my pancakes. The taste was very delightful. •If you are adventurous like me, try your pancakes with some grilled ham or turkey breast slices. I love the sweet and salty combination.
  • •1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • •1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • •1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • •1 tbsp unsweetened powder cocoa
  • •1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • •1/4 cup vegetable oil
  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until you obtain a light orange, smooth batter.
  2. Cook pancakes as you usually do.
