Wordless Wednesday – Mexican Delicacies

This past Sunday I re-visited Xochimilco with a group of friends where we had these delicacies: crawfish and grasshoppers. I love that part of Mexico City. You can read more about this amazing neighborhood here:

  3. I tried grasshoppers once when I was in Oaxaca. I didn’t enjoy it too much! I thought they tasted a bit like I expect chewing tobacco to taste… (weird comparison but that is what I thought at the time.)
