More Mango Mania

I hope you’re enjoying these #mangomania posts as much as I’m enjoying sharing them with you. I was planning to bake a mango bread for today’s recipe, but I’ve been busy, I have too much food in my fridge right now and we’re going camping this weekend so between getting ready for the trip, work and other activities I just wasn’t able to get it done. But I promise I’ll make it and post the recipe next week.

For now I want to leave you with another round up of mango recipes that have appeared on my blog before. Some of them I didn’t even remember making, but they were all good. Anything with mango is good, right?

First we have these mango and chocolate chip cookies if you’re feeling like having something sweet and delicious with your morning coffee.

Then we have another sweet treat. These mango and honey flan was delicious and people always love it when I take it to parties.

The next recipe is one of my favorites in this blogging adventure of mine. The combination o flavors of these lamb burgers with mango chipotle sauce was just mouthwatering. This is one recipe that I would sell for a cookbook. And the avocado bread was yummy too.

Next in our list is this recipe that I had completely forgotten about, but it’s worth mentioning and making again, a delicious and spicy mango chutney.

This recipe was another great combination of flavors that I’m sure you’ll find very refreshing for summer. Fish tacos with mango salsa.

Mango guacamole had to be in this list too, of course. I used it this time to top some chicken sopes.

The last item of this list is a drink that I would take no matter how hot/cold is outside. It’s a mango atole that I came up with one cold spring in the heart of Ohio. It always brings me very good memories.

If you want to share your mango love, recipes and adventures on twitter, please feel free to tag your tweets with #mangomania. Let’s see how many stories we can collect.

¡Buen provecho!
