    Crayfish? Crawfish? What are they called in Spanish? My, my…never seen them before in Mexico–and I absolutely love them. I don't think they are available here in San Miguel, though. ¡Lástima!

      Crayfish, I think they are cangrejo de rio? But here they call them acociles.
