Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Fish tacos and mango salsa

Lately I’ve been posting a lot of taco recipes. With the warmer weather and all that delicious produce available at the store and considering that you can make tacos out of almost anything very easy, I can’t stop myself. One of my latest taco adventures was these delicious fish tacos that by themselves wouldn’t have been as impressive. What made them totally unique was the mango salsa that I served them with.

  • Yum!! I have a feeling I would make this mango salad and just eat it straight out of the bowl, leaving none left for the actual tacos. Looks delicious!

  • Oh. This looks great, but I've never entertained the idea of fish and mango.

  • Love Mexican recipes for the wide range of herbs and spices they use. I doubt, if there is any other cuisine in the whole world that offers up the kind of variety and flavor that you get to savor in Mexican cuisine. Great mexican recipes are indeed a great treat for a foodie!
