I remember when I first tried your avocado soup (YUM!) and now these rolls sound wonderful. The burger idea is a fabulous one. I've done them greek style with lamb, but not Mexican style. The mango sauce sounds wonderful

That looks delicious Ben! I've never made burgers with lamb as Tom is not a big fan of lamb meat but this looks quite good! I might persuade him to try it too..:)

That last photo looks lovely. I''ve never actually cooked with avocados…..I wonder what the flavour would be like? Subtle or strong? Looks good anyway!
