I eat lot's of fish too. I love fish tacos a lot. This looks delicious.

You are right about Mercury, it is troublesome to think about. I decided to watch the limits and not go over the levels just in case. That being said, I do try to get in fish too.

We are lucky to get fresh fish but if you can't get fresh fish, frozen fish is just as good. I love the way you made the dish.

I love fish too but like you I find it sometimes hard to find fresh fish around these parts! Love the tilapia dish though and I know that at least that is a fish I CAN find fresh here!
