		<description>In my regard, beans--especially pinto beans--are very admirable and giving of themselves (and I don&#039;t mean gas).  They&#039;re plentiful, cheaper than dirt, and delicious in every thinkable way--yet it never occurred to me to combine them roasted garlic and make soup.  I agree that soup is one of the two or three most satisfying things on earth, and pinto beans plus roasted garlic equals pure genius.  Kudos. </description>
