I simply like your apple cake, sounds great, would love to try your recipe! I always feel hesitate to use apples in desserts, this will make me overcome my hurdle.

Apple desserts are really just so delicious. Baked apples are one of my ultimate comfort foods. This looks like no exception that rule. I could definitely use a slice now!
