		<description>Call me goofy but I prefer non-traditional food on Thanksgiving and mom is forced to make Romanian dishes instead of turkey. 
 
We gutted about 4 pie pumpkins last week and besides having a ton of seeds we have about 8 cups of pumpkin the needs a use.  Love this idea!!! </description>

		<description>Great idea to make pumpkin mash, if you ask me what do I think, I would choose just using rosemary or sage but not both as they are both strong. I may add a little curry powder to the mash.  </description>
