I love my Henckels. I find the handle weighting and range of blade options is just perfect for the way I cook. I am hard on knives, I don’t take care of them as well as I should, but mine have held up for 20 years and will probably last a lifetime.

WOW…what a beautiful knife! Such a unique blade for bread too. I need a good bread knife, the one I have always tear up the crust!

Ben, this IS beautful. I'm so used to the long bread knives with their many serated edges. It's great to hide them in the knife block. This one is gorgeous. I assume it's well-balanced. Must look into it. Thanks Chico. :p
