I have this cookbook and love all the stories. I am from El Paso and know that El Paso has a wonderful history with both food and culture.

I have started a blog documenting my journey writing the Muy Bueno Cookbook and pray that it will be as intriguing.

GREAT write-up Ben!

Love cuisine that has been adapted to the surrounding flavors. Nicely done and going to have to glance for this cookbook.

Ay Corazon, what can say aside from thank you for this beautifully written review. The book was sent to you as a gift, something from me to you. I never expected you to do a write up on it, thank you. You are such a love.

I wrote this cookbook as a tribute to my family and my heritage. It was written with all the love I have for my culture and traditions I have grown up with, the most important being the foods we eat and the celebration of life we enjoy around the dinner table.

Gracias mijo, you've touched my heart.
