		<description>I love this pan... the non-stick has lasted so much longer than my previous two Calphalon non-sticks.  So far.  And you are SO right... I use eggs as the gauge for non-stick pan rating too.  Love it when they just slide right out.</description>

Good to know about the PFOA coating but thanks to having an addiction to cast iron I use wood primarily.

		<description>Scanpan makes excellent cookware. Their PFOA nonstick coating means that you can use it in higher temperatures and use metal utensils without damaging the coating. Another thing the PFOA coating allows for is that all Scanpan products are dishwasher safe! :)  Although, I prefer to handwash my pots and pans.</description>
