Hello Ben,
I first had stuffed peppers a long time ago...but last year when we visited our friends in Spain, they served us a beautiful dish of them, I'd forgotten how gorgeous they were. Your dish looks beautiful & I agree...you do your own thing! I'm going to :0)

I love stuffed peppers Ben. What a great idea to use ground turkey instead of beef. Maybe even chicken?

Stuffed vegetables are so good, and yours look delicious. I think I make a different stuffing every time. But, I like using brown rice sometimes in place of breadcrumbs.

I love making stuffed peppers. It's almost as if you can stuff anything in the pepper and it will come out delicious.
