Both dishes sound amazing and now that I have learned more about avocado would like to try your dinner rols. Thanks for the tip about the pit in the avocado and I definitely believe your version.

I couldn't find fresh Chipotle Peppers, so I went on line and found Juliet Mae spices, who had in a flake form. It worked ok for me. I also got a chile pepper called Isot. It is not Mexican, but still has amazing flavor. Also, I like recipes that do not have cumin in them..

These both look amazing, Ben! My husband's favorite dish at a wonderful local restaurant that's now defunct was Budin Azteca, and it sure seems like a similar recipe - could it have been something similar? This looks delicious, and I'll definitely have to make it. Maybe even tonight!
