As for the empanadas, I finally had my first ones while I was traveling this past month, and combined with this post (they look awesome), I am now resolved: I must make empanadas soon. I really like the thought of guava filling!</description>

		<description>These are a great idea!  I love the flavor of guava, and this will be a great way incorporate it into the season.  Might have to go with storebought jam if I can&#039;t get lucky finding the fruit, but I&#039;m sure that&#039;s an easy workaround.  Great recipe!</description>
