I love baking – October

After almost 2 weeks I am finally posting the roundup for this month’s I love baking event. Please forgive me. It has been crazy busy over here. And without anymore ado here are the entries for this month:

Savory entries

js and ts baked: Faux-stuffed Basa Fillets with Olives, Tomatoes, Lemons and Oranges

Stephanie baked: Pumpkin chickpea burgers.

Sweet entries

Remember that I love baking is a monthly event where the only rule is that your entry must be baked at some point of the preparation. There are 2 categories, sweet and savory and you can participate with up to 2 entries a month. There are prizes for the winners of each category each month (I am still working with sponsors for this) so visit the forum and post your entries today!

I’m not “getting” this – literally and figuratively. The first and last photos are not appearing on my browser – and – I’m not so clear on the voting procedure. It may be me but, perhaps, others out there are having a similar experience. Thought you’d want to know.
