I loved your TT, because only in the past several months have I gotten really serious about exercise.  You see, I found out in September 07 that I have Type 2 diabetes, and I&#039;m doing everything I can to control it!  Regular exercise has truly revolutionized my life.

Hope you&#039;ll stop by my TT when you get a moment...I have 13 pieces of Good News (to combat all the BAD news we keep hearing!) :)</description>
