A belated thank you for hosting my favorite challenge so far. Who knew I’d spend half my summer in the kitchen making Danish pastry? Somewhere, my maternal great grandmothers are enjoying this for sure.

Ben, thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. Sorry for the my belated comment:) I really meant to visit your blog long ago and THANK YOU for the wonderful choice for teh challenge! I truly enjoyed it. In fact, as I stated on my entry, this has been my favorite DB challenge so far! I am so baking Danish Braid again!!!

BTW, yours looks fabulous! well risen and golden on top! Yum!

Thanks for giving us such a fun challenge! I plan on making two more this weekend, one for home and one for work. I’ve spoiled my staff by sharing the DB challenges with them. When they didn’t get any of the first danish, they got grumpy. lol So I plan to make it up to them next week.

Hi Ben – your braid is beautiful! I want to sink my teeth right through all those gorgeous flakes!

Do you still live in Mexico? My in-laws live in Mazatlan, it’s one of our favorite places (my husband and I got married there). Mucho gusto!!
