		<description>If I hadn&#039;t seen this recipe, I wouldn&#039;t have ever thought of stuffing collard greens. Absolutely brilliant idea!  I tried stuffing collard greens with tomato chicken. It was such a fancy way of making collard greens and this dish in deed was a winner!
