Looks really good! Cooking with alcohol adds a great dimension to food. I keep hoping someone hosts a “cooking with booze” roundup, that would be fun!

Interesting combination again Ben…was the tequila subtle or did you add it in last minute? I must admit I love alfredo sauce but definitely in moderation these days.
