		<description>That rice is so pretty, Ben, and sounds tasty, too. The hubby is always asking for rice, but I really do not like it plain. Please experiment with your rainbow recipes, and then I will have plenty of recipes to try! This one is definitely on the list!</description>

		<description>I must try this! I also imagine that a tomatillo version would be really great, as well. I&#039;m also really impressed with the texture of your rice, as it looks slightly sticky, but the grains are mostly separate.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m sure that rice from every colour of the rainbow would be nice...I&#039;ve eaten this on my many travels in the US and I find it quite addictive.  I always assumed it had more cilantro in it but its good to know how its made.</description>
