		<description>Hiya Brooke...when they give you a shoulder cut piece of lamb here, there are some parts not attached to the bone too. You get some bits on the bone &amp; others boneless...maybe thats what you see; also while cooking, some cuts do get detached. Thanks for your comments. Cheers.</description>
