The second Food for Plastic Challenge was a success thanks to all the participants and guests who voted. I’d love to give everyone of them something for their great entries, but I am poor :(

If the next event gets bigger I may give more prizes, but don’t get too excited because I ain’t promising anything. Hehe. Anyhoo, here are the results of the voting poll. Who says democracy doesn’t work?

Congratulations Giz! Those Blintzes look really good and the significance of the dish is exactly what I had in mind when I started this challenge. Your baking set from Tupperware is on its way (via snail mail).

I also want to congratulate Heather, who came really close with only one vote of difference with her Spring Chicken and Asparagus-Pea Risotto with Mint, and Neema for those delicious looking Spring Rolls for Spring.

Thank you everybody for participating and voting and just making this event possible. When is the next event? You might be wondering. I have a couple of projects in mind and another event that I am co-hosting with Courtney (which by the way, also comes with a prize) check it out here. So I will let you all know as soon as my plans unfold. Maybe a Summer/Winter market challenge? We shall see.

This event is sponsored by my Tupperware business, please make sure to visit my online store and contact me with any questions about the products and business opportunity.
