That is the tagline of another one of my favorite food blogs, Souvlaki for the soul. Peter is the owner of this beautiful blog full of great food and amazing photographs. He lives in Sidney, Australia and he’s of Greek descend, hence the souvlaki reference.
I haven’t tried any of his recipes yet, but I have several of them on my list of recipes to make (so much food, so little time) I especially want to try some of the summer appetizers he recently posted, being summer in that part of the world while we are freezing our butts off right here in Ohio. But when the heat comes I will be making some of those delicious recipes.
Besides being a great cook (who cooks great Greek food) Peter is also a great photographer. Being a photographer wannabe myself, I admire the composition, lighting and colors of his pictures. I always learn something in the blogosphere and I especially admire food bloggers because they have so much to teach (cooking, writing, photography, web designing and many others) Peter has done such a wonderful job on his blog that I have to write about it. If you haven’t visited Souvlaki for the soul, I don’t know what you are still doing here. Go and have some food, some drinks and feel good!

Ben, thank you very much for your kind words. I really appreciate you doing this….I think I’m lost for words (for once!). The best part about blogging is learning from everyone else. It’s true…food bloggers are unique in their own way. Now bring on some fine Mexican cooking. Adios amigo!
