Thank you Núria. I have been playing with my camera trying to get better pictures. I believe it's starting to pay off.

And I agree with you, avocados are great. I could eat them everyday!

You could try sausage or chorizo. I believe the original recipe calls for chorizo, I just didn't have any at hand that day.

Hehe, and my cat got it good that day. She loves to jump to where she is not supposed to. She thinks she is some kind of queen or something.

Chorizo works better with this dish. I used hot dogs because 1) I was out of chorizo and 2) I wanted to do prepare it like I ate it that time in Sinaloa. It is a really good dish.

I heard it was very cold in Mexico City. Not as cold as it gets up here, but people down there are not used to such low temperatures. The weather is acting really crazy now :S

I don't think hot dogs and peanut butter would be a nice combination. Hehehe. But yeah, eating hot dogs in many different combinations is something I learned from my mom. I am not sure if that is a big thing in Mexico, but it was in our house.

I love avocado, too. Eating it is like eating healthy, and natural butter. And thank you for your compliments I've worked really hard on the blog I'm glad you like it.

Mmmmmmm, I'm not a huge hot dog fan but this looks delicious.

(And I can't even imagine trying to clean up a cat who jumps into a plate of french toast!!! Syrup and everything? Yikes).
