And you know what? They’ve had bigger pumpkins before. This year the weather didn’t help much but I think the biggest one has been close to 2000 pounds, Just imagine all the delicious food we could prepare with so much pumpkin!

The cookies look good. Nice and golden brown, with those toasted pecans.
