		<description>I never cook on Christmas, last time I did, there are some traditional dishes mexican people prepare on those days, romeritos, bacalao(in my case a la vizcaina), so many things I remember from those dates, the traditional posadas(an excuse to have fun as well), as desert some tejocotes al almibar with cinnamon or ensalada nochebuena made with beets, peanuts, lettuce, orange and some more.</description>

I&#039;m not a religious person either, but I love these days... the food, drinking, family, friends, bla. I would like to see that poll you mention. Have no idea about mexican traditional xmas food... Please enlighten me ;-)
