Bob, that is a great idea! Right now I am thinking that I need to eat something and since I am by myself that is the perfect one person pizza. Easy and not too big just for one.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope to see you back soon.

OMG! You really want me to gain weight, don't you? LOL. It sounds delicious that way. And yes, I had all the ingredients and I needed to make something fast in the break commercial. I can't afford to miss one minute of Heroes!

Cheers

They were very yummy at the end. The cream cheese frosting is good on anything, I think.
Christmas here is also a big deal, it is time I start thinking what I am going to cook that day :/

Thank you for stopping by, bienvenida!

I use flour tortillas to make a thin crust pizza. I use 2 tortillas, I put mozzerella cheese between the two and then on 2nd one I put pizza sauce and my toppings. Then I bake it in the oven at 400 degrees until cheese is melted. Makes for a simple pizza and one that is not to big for one person to eat.

This sounds yummy, Ben. What about frying the tortillas, adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream, sliced bananas, drizzling on some dulce de leche and chocolate, sprinkling on some toasted nuts, a squirt of whipped cream, and voila....One of our favorites. Totally yum! Of course, yours make more sense since you had the stuff and who could resist that cream cheese frosting?

Have you tried putting some vanilla sugar in the flour?
